Colibri T20 Linux Image V1.0 beta 3 online

Toradex just released the latest Linux Image V1.0 beta 3 for the Colibri T20 with NVIDIA® Tegra™ 2

Main Changes:

  • New default settings for the LCD interface (VGA) 640×480@60Hz
  • Kernel support for paging of anonymous memory (swap)
  • Software EDID support
  • 16-bit color support

New Colibri T20 Linux image and kernel source available

PXA availability confirmed until 2017/2018

Marvell has confirmed the availability of its widely used PXA processor range until at least 2017.

Toradex is therefore pleased to confirm the availability of its popular Colibri PXA module family until one year after Marvell’s last time ship, which is at present 2018.

Toradex just released beta 5 of the Colibri T20 Windows CE 6 and Compact 7 image and BSP.

Some of the new featuers are:

  • faster boot time
  • faster USB drivers on Compact 7
  • customizable LCD timings

Toradex just released the version 3.9 of the Colibri PXA Windows CE 5 and CE 6 image and BSP. This version contains some bug-fixes for serial driver, Ethernet and USB Host port as well as some new features.

Toradex releases all Design Data for the Iris Pico ITX Base Board

The brand new Toradex Iris board is a small form factor Pico ITX board measuring only 100x72mm (3.94 x 2.84 inch).

Together with Colibri T20, which comes with a NVIDIA® Tegra™ 2 1Ghz Dual Core CPU, it forms a very compact embedded ARM system, providing 1080p video with simultaneous dual screen capability.

Furthermore, the system offers a wide range of interfaces including USB 2.0 High Speed, 3x RS232, micro SD, Ethernet, LVDS, Resistive Touch, I2C, SPI, GPIOs, PWM, Audio, Analog In and may more.

Bryony has completed the London Marathon!

Following her announcement in January, Bryony has completed the 42 kilometers London Marathon on Sunday, April 17th, in a superb show of endurance and determination. She has raised over £2700 for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, smashing her £2000 target!
