- Fix for wakeup problem on Limestone V2.00, Colibri PXA320 V1.2f, and Colibri PXA320 IT V1.2c
- Win CE 6.0 now R3
- SD Card boot
- Fail Safe Bootloader option
- Change GPIO behavior at startup
